Tiny Subject

Description

When the smoke clears up enough in the day, I am finally able to head outside with my macro in hand and find things to photograph. These Cuckoo Wasps always grab my attention, no matter how much I photograph them, I will always stop for more. They are such interesting insects, their colours and the way their bodies flash with a metallic sheen. Not to mention how small most of them are, this one was smaller than a grain of rice and constantly on the move, making it a difficult subject at times. Clinton BC
